I confirm all delegates are physically fit, free from injury and able to take part fully in the course. I have checked delegates qualifications and confirm I have booked on the correct course. I understand that in order to pass the course delegates are required to stay for the full duration. I acknowledge there is a 21 day cancellation policy and any course cancelled after this point will require payment in full. I understand that a refund will not be given for non attendance under any circumstances unless the course was cancelled within the 21 day cancellation policy, in writing and emailed to info@epnw.org.uk.
